Hi, I'm Gloria. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Public Administration & Nonprofit Management from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga (UTC). I am currently working on a Master's in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Georiga State University (GSU).
I'm a people-person and life-long learner with over 10 years of experience leading and building teams, managing projects, increasing capacity, and advocating for equity amongst diverse populations. I have a proven track record of executing visions and implementing best practices leading to improved employee and customer satisfaction, more diverse hires, decreased waste, and increased revenue both in the nonprofit and for-profit sector.
What makes my work unique is that it is grounded in balance. I help you tackle your opportunity and move toward efficiency and increased revenue, but not at the expense of the health of your team or community served. I take my time and do research, we pray together and wrestle, and we implement best practices from various disciplines, including anthropology, economics, the field of counseling, and more. I try to ground our solutions in the lessons I've learned from those disciplines, my own work, and my study of the bible.
