My Process
Phase 1: Free Consultation
This phase includes all the required meetings that we will have in order to establish the scope of your project. Depending on your organization's unique need, the process might include one-on-one's with the executive director, interviews with board members and staff, or surveys of the community.
This process is extensive because it's what we'll use to get on the same page about how we discuss the opportunity we are addressing in the next phase.
Phase 2: Scope of Work (SOW)
This is where I begin to create my recommended SOW for the items I recommend to move you toward your goal. Whether that be bylaws, job descriptions, monitoring & evaluation forms, grant proposals, potential partners, and etc.
Please be prepared to provide relevant organizational documents for this phase.
Once you get the SOW, you can stop here and take this plan and implement it yourself, or we can decide to move onto phase 3 together.
Phase 3: Execution of Scope of Work
Does it seem ideal to continue working together? Great! Now, we begin executing your SOW.
I'll also be there to help support key stakeholders and help walk your organization through the change process because change, even when good, is still hard.
